Watermelon Cariñoso

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (half a glass) of Cariñoso Peach Wine
  • 40 g fresh watermelon in small pieces (macerated)
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 15 ml of liquid sugar.
  • Martini glass

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker add ice (4 cubes), the watermelon and lemon, shake vigorously for 5 seconds and serve in a Martini cocktail glass, complete with the well chilled Cariñoso Peach Wine. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
