Season the pork loin and set aside, heat the pan and seal the loin and then transfer the meat to an oven container for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, to finish cooking.
In the same pan where the meat was sealed add Samson, orange juice, panela, black sauce and ginger, let thicken.
Pour the sauce over the loin once it comes out of the oven and serve with mixed vegetables, orange wedges and mashed potatoes.
