Broth: In a container, mix a cup of hot water and a cup of Samson, dissolve the meat broth cube. In a frying pan, heat the oil with the butter. When the butter is melted, add the garlic in pieces and remove them as soon as they are golden.
Add a tablespoon of flour and stir until dissolved. Add little by little to the pan the broth that had been repaired, stir until thickened to taste. Once the sauce is ready, it is optional to add the fried garlic pieces.
