Procedure
For the sauce: Melt the butter and fry the tomatoes over low heat for about 10 minutes, the tomatoes should be consistent, reserve them in a
vessel.
In a pan with a good capacity, heat the oil over high heat and when it is very hot, seal the meat for approximately 3 minutes, check that all the meat is sealed, later in the same pan add onion and mix for three minutes, add the paprika and garlic cook for 10 minutes, add the flour, mix, add the black olives, add the Samson wine, let it cook for 5 minutes, finally add 4 tablespoons of heavy cream and the tablespoon of yogurt, turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
For the pasta: Boil water and at its boiling point add the pasta cook for 10 minutes or until the pasta has the desired consistency
