In a cocktail shaker with ice put the Vodka, dry triple, grenadine and cranberry juice and shake vigorously, then in the Martini glass that is well chilled pour the Cariñoso Wine up to the middle of the glass and slowly the mixture from the shaker to near the rim of the glass.
Garnish with a rose petal and 2 cherries.
