Cariñoso Passion

Ingredients

75 ml (a little more than half a glass) of Cariñoso Rose Wine.
1 strawberry.
1 grapefruit hull.
2 Blackberries
1 Cherry
1 Top (10ml) of ginger soda.
1 dash (10 ml) cherry syrup.
15 ml of liquid sugar (syrup) (dilute 2 measures of sugar to 1 measure of water over heat).

Preparation

Add the liquid sugar, cherry syrup, grapefruit and berries to a long glass. Muddle until homogeneous, then add ice to the top of the glass, the Cariñoso Rose Wine and the ginger top. Mix with a bar spoon. To garnish make a fan with a strawberry.
