Bizcocho de Yogurt Sanson

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 glass of non-olive oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (Royal)
  • 1 glass of Sanson Wine
  • Lemon zest to taste.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients well. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and bake in the oven at 180º C. for 45 minutes.

Decorate with chocolate cream and strawberries.
