  • Oil: 1⁄2 glass
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Paprika: 1⁄2 paprika julienned
  • Onion: 1 big big onion
  • Flour: 1 tablespoon, soup
  • Samson: A small glass. 75ml
  • Beef: 500 grams. In pieces, as for goulash.
  • Mushrooms: 80 grams cut into pieces
  • Chicken soup
  • Thyme, oregano.
  • Salt to taste and pepper


Season the meat and reserve. Heat the oil in a frying pan and when it is a little hot, add meat, paprika, onion, flour, Samson, mushrooms and chicken broth. Let cook until the sauce reduces, serve.
•Present with mashed potatoes, chives and lettuce mix.
