Fiambre Sanson

  • Ground Beef: 1/2 kilo
  • Ground pork: 1/2 kilo
  • chopped big onion
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Eggs: 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • Bread Crumb (Breadcrumbs): 3 tablespoons
  • Samson: 1/2 glass 75 ml
  • Prunes
  • Black sauce: 40 ml
  • Nutmeg w/w
  • Mustard 30 gr
  • Thyme, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.


Mix meats, bread flour as necessary, 1⁄2 of onion chopped into small pieces, finely chopped garlic, nutmeg, salt, pepper, mustard, thyme and oregano. Mix and hit to integrate.
3 boiled eggs are cooked. Stretch the meat and put the eggs distributed in the center, make a roll and wrap in aluminum foil, you can also add vegetables to taste: Bake for 45 min at 250 degrees Celsius. Present on a tray on a mix of lettuce, cherry tomatoes.
