Cup Cakes Sanson


  • 6 eggs
  • 150 gr powdered sugar
  • 200 gr butter
  • 110 gr flour
  • 220 gr dark chocolate
  • 5 gr baking powder
  • 150 ml of Sanson Wine
  • Pinch of salt


Mix the sugar with the butter.

Add the eggs, the sifted flour, the pinch of salt, the cocoa and the chocolate previously melted in a bain-marie.

Finally add Sanson Wine and mix until a smooth consistency is obtained.

Grease and flour the molds for cup cakes, fill them with the mixture and bake for 16 minutes at 180 °c.

Unmold and decorate with condensed milk, 1 cherry and mint.
