Cooler Blanco

Ingredients

  • 75 ml of sparkling white wine (Alteza Withe wine)
  • 1 fresh strawberry
  • ¼ of a fresh green apple for the white or ¼ of a fresh red apple for the rosé.
  • 30 ml of lemon lime soda for either.
  • Champagne flute glass

Preparation

Cut the apple into squares and place inside in the flute glass that is well chilled, add the sparkling Wine and then slowly add the lemon lime soda up to the rim of the glass. Serve with the strawberry cut in half on the rim of the glass.
