Cariñoso Paradise

Ingredients

60 ml of Caring Apple Wine
1 sprig of basil
1 green apple hull
3 lemon peels
30 ml liquid sugar (Syrup) (Dilute 2 measures of sugar to 1 measure of water over heat) ● 30 ml liquid sugar (Syrup).

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker add the apple, liquid sugar, lemon and basil, then muddle until homogeneous, add 3 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Serve in a double strained Martini glass, complete with chilled Cariñoso Apple Wine. Garnish with 2 apple hulls or apple fan.
